Don't get their logo?

Okay, while walking down in the streets of Brooklyn, I passed by a Commerce Bank and took a quick glance at their logo. And that's when it just hit me!? I had no idea what the hell their little red thing with a white line across was? (or meant for that matter) I thought, maybe is a drop of blood, it would work great for the the blood bank but not this bank though. A red rose petal? (not likely) The letter C? (Bingo!) The more I thought about it the more I hated their logo. I have nothing against the bank in general, I just think it does'nt work that well, it's plain dull. And believe it or not that red C looking thing they have as a logo, is known as Mr. C Maquette, how creative? Well either way I jjust think other bank logos such as Citibank, Chase, HSBC, ING, Bank of America, Washington Mutual work better.
